Our 17,500-sq. ft. factory contractors can provide turnkey electronic assembly of Thru-Hole, SMT and Mixed Technology in either RoHS compliant or non-RoHS technology.
Quantities as low as 25 pieces and up to 5000 pieces are very competitively priced.
We will provide quotes for assemblies providing Labor Only or both Labor and Material.
Our wave solder equipment (Electrovert Ultra PAC 10) is adjustable up to 10 inches wide allowing us to accommodate boards where at least one dimension of the printed circuit board is no larger than 10 inches.
Our Component assemble machines CS400's allow us to accommodate large orders spread over 12 months (allowing us to purchase material at the highest volume), then ship as few as 25 units per shipment.
The factory maintains a large array of Wire Preparation, component forming, soldering, and Termination equipment to fulfill most any need.
The factory has a machine shop capable of making mechanical prototypes, as well as production tooling.
The test department maintains temperature and voltage measuring equipment traceable to NTS. Functional testing is available to customer specification.
Our Quality Control system, certified by many of our customers, monitors workmanship to IPC Standard 610C Class 2. Many of our products are monitored by UL/CSA follow-up services.
When we quote Labor and Material jobs, parts substitutions will only be made with the approval of the customer. Our component engineers can provide alternate component selection, if requested, to reduce cost as well as lead-time.
What we need to quote:
1. Parts List with Part Number and Manufacturer.
2. Board Assembly drawing showing detail of parts mounting.
3. A sample of a completed board if available
With our engineering CAD/CAM software, (both schematic capture and board layout) we can provide complete Printed Circuit Board Design and Assembly, from schematic to finished assembly.
One time Tooling costs and special set up costs will be quoted separately.
Lead-time to completion is generally 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of parts, for Labor only jobs and 4 to 10 weeks for Labor and Material jobs, depending on availability of materials.
