Supplier will have a Quality Management System in place to ensure:

• Requirement for approval of product, procedures, processes, special processes and equipment

• Applicable issue for specifications or drawings is being utilized

• Requirements for a test specimen

• Requirements for qualification of personnel

• Supplier shall notify OI if any nonconforming aerospace assemblies are made and their disposition

• Supplier cannot use or supply any counterfeit parts and supply a certificate of compliance with all orders

• Supplier must notify OI of any product or process changes, if they are made to later orders of this assembly or changes to manufacturing facility location

• Supplier must send our info/specs to any sub tier suppliers they contract to build this product.  The inspection records of this work order must be maintained by supplier

• Supplier must supply a certificate of compliance stating that all of the requirements of the documents and specifications have been met and requirements for records retention for three years

• Access right for Oven, our customers and regulatory agency to verify that purchased product conforms to specified requirements at all supplier facilities

• Supplier contribution to product or service conformity

• Supplier must use customer approve suppliers for any outsourcing for special processes if required

• Supplier contribution to product safety

• The importance of the Supplier ethical behavior

• Prevention of the use of counterfeit parts

• Supplier must use customer designated or approved external providers

• Supplier must meet our supplier quality objectives of:

  • No more than 3 CARs per year

  • 95% on time delivery performance
