Overview:
The 5R7-001-ULCSA temperature controller offers precise thermal management with its bi-directional or unidirectional H-bridge design, ensuring smooth transitions between heating and cooling for thermoelectric modules. Configuring the unit is simple with the included user-friendly PC software. Communication occurs via a robust RS232 interface, featuring 1500VAC isolation to minimize electrical interference from noise or stray signals. Once the device is set up, the PC can be disconnected, allowing the controller to operate independently—or remain connected for ongoing data acquisition. Temperature adjustments can also be made using an optional front panel display or an external potentiometer for added flexibility. The controller utilizes pulse-width modulation at 2.7 kHz to deliver load currents ranging from 0.1 to 25 amps, ensuring responsive and efficient power control
